question about the dic++ membership

I was wondering about the the upload limit for subscribers for dic++ membership? is this for the size or amount of files that i can upload to support any questions i may have for coding.

It's a size limit, and it is site wide.

DIC++ members get 9.77MB in upload space.

Probably. Though to be fair, I personally don't download people's projects linked to on third party hosting sites for security reasons. If at all possible, it's best to post the minimum viable sample of code needed. That is, the code should be easy to run and illustrate your problem without a lot of unneeded excess.
