For those of you who don't know him, William Stein is a professor of mathematics and developed Sage, which is a Python mathematical computing library. His specialties include mathematical computing and Number Theory, so I imagine his textbook is probably a really good resource. Not to mention it's free.

Cool - I'll have to take a look at this. Victor Shoup also has a number theory textbook, which is more or less aimed at the student of cryptography. It's pretty austere, but well written.
