Using uninstalled fonts in vb 2010

Posted 26 June 2013 - 11:53 AM

Hey everyone
So I am working on a project that requires 6 fonts and none of them are computer defaults.

Now I know that a font can be installed to a computer and have the program read it from there but I am looking to add the font TFF files to my project and have it read straight from there instead.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can save the fonts as Resources. There is a discussion here at SO. The code sample is C# but can be adapted.

PrivateFontCollection.AddFontFile :MSDN

There is a useful discussion here at Social-MSDN.

[Erm, all I'm doing is Googling.. did you try this yourself?]
