If you want to learn Web programming, start with Javascript and then PHP.

Typically those languages have their own specific sites with recommendations and so on. I know, for a few of those, we have threads that recommend books or IDEs as well.

Just as a heads up, HTML and CSS aren't actually programming languages.

If you want to learn web design you should probably start with Javascript and PHP like previously suggested. If on the other hand you would like to learn programming in general, especially object-oriented programming, might i suggest C#?

Your profile says that you have two years programming with the following languages:

Quote

C++
Java
HTML5
CSS
Java Script
Python

I wouldn't say that you're new at all to programming.
