Care to provide more detail on what job you want, context for any of that, etc?

Okay.. so no details. I can work with that. what you need to do is look at the job openings in your area. Scope out what folks are asking for in an entry level programming gig, collate, tabulate, and there you go! Most job posts explain the duties and knowledge needed so they are easy pickings when it comes to tapping the pulse of your area.

Find jobs with 'entry level' or 'intern' in the title?

Exactly i want to develop a high level code that could help me out. But i can find a topic that could engage recruiters to accept it.

Surely if you just graduated then you're passionate or knowledgeable about something relevant. Passion and expertise go a long ways. Be the HCI, bionformatics, whatever it is that tickes your fancy guy. People remember you better that way: "Hey- he's the bioinformatics guy that showed me a really neat DNA program."

I'm making a point though. What are you passionate about? Write code on that topic.
