Posted 02 September 2013 - 09:07 PM

Hello everyone here at d.i.c (and to those who follow)....
I'm from the Uk and i'm very fresh to programming, I've started a little vb.net project and i'm learning python also.
I'm enjoying learning so far (although i've nearly pulled most my hair out).

Welcome to DIC. The hair-pulling stage usually doesn't last too very long at least with python, it's a pretty sensible language. Can't say the same for VB, but some people seem to like it.

I find that jumping in too deep will let you see past the basics of whatever language you are using. Once you get past the urge to pull your body out of the deep end for fear of drowning you will get to a point where you float to the top.

Keep trying and dig deeper to become the best you can be.

P.S. Welcome to DIC.
