From the home page look for "Unanswered Programming Topics".

To be honest most questions in the C# forum get answered pretty quickly. Having a list of all the unanswered ones would just give you a load of old topics and encourage you to necro them all.

At the bottom of each forum are "filters options" that you can use. Click that, and you'll get something like this, which you can then use to put unanswered topics at the top of the list.

What I personally do is keep the forum marked as read. You can do that from this page by clicking the big "d" icon to the left of the forum you want to mark all as read.

Then, any new thread or old thread with a new post is highlighted for me. That way, I make sure I at least look at every thread in the C# forum. I have my settings set to auto-subscribe to each topic I reply to, so I can just check my subscriptions to see if there are any updates to any of my subscribed threads.

I also use this bookmarklet (actually a chrome plugin that does something similar) to make it easy to see all my subscriptions:

If you save a bookmark with that code and use it on the subscriptions page, it will make a copy of each link with new posts at the top of the page.
