'91 Jeep Wrangler. Used the 4WD for only the third time the other day. Parked up on a hill in the high school parking lot when we went to watch the homecoming game. Beat hell out of parking nearly a half mile away and hiking it in.

This is south florida, flat roads and moderate temperatures, a car that goes vroom for cheap is exactly all I need.
Hells yea. Bought mine because I was driving an hour+ each way to work in Kentucky when I live in Ohio.
Now I'm laid off. Interview tomorrow for a pretty sweet position only 15 minutes away. I don't know what I'll do with an extra hour and a half each day. Maybe pick up a hobby, like showering or shaving my neck or cleaning my fedora and trenchcoat.

My mom has one of those... I gotta fix the rear tail light from an incident featuring snow + trees.
Tree vs car, tree always wins.

Mostly it's for fun and road trips home because yay subway. I get about 29 MPG combined and I don't eff around with the accelerator.
I haven't done any work on it yet - it's still under warranty, etc. There's apparently a nice bolt-on turbo coming that could provide a little HP boost.
I have a good friend who bought an orange one. It's a lot of fun, but the seat bolstering is so severe that fat guys like me have a bit of a problem driving/being a passenger. But it handles amazingly well, like a car worth three times what it costs. Slapping a turbo on that would be pretty cool.
Almost bought a Wrangler a few years ago. Love them as a vehicle, but it was incredibly small on the inside. I had no room for my legs or arms. Would have bought it in a heartbeat if it were a bit bigger.
What I drive:
Chevy Camaro. Got it earlier this year. Before I got my new job, so I didn't spring for the V8, but now I wish I had.

My Wrangler was actually a little large for me (also a 91) in that I had to lean quite a bit to get the shifter into fifth gear. You must be a fair amount bigger than I! Sometimes it's nice to be slightly below the mean.
I always liked the big 3 - Mustang, Challenger, Camero, but I also felt that a smaller foreign sports coupe was more my style than American muscle. Slick looking cars, though.

I wasn't into cars at all until recently. The friend that bought the FR-S had test driven the Camaro, and told me that I would fit and would love it, so I gave it a test drive. Loved it as soon as I sat down, so I bought it. I've gotten way more into cars after that, and American Muscle is definitely my thing. My next car will be a Corvette, barring any unforseen complications.
