Cocos2D not updating a changed .pdf packed using Texture Packer

Iíve changed a .png file and re-published it using Texture Packer. If I look at the AllSprites.pvr.ccz file in my resources it shows the new updated .png but when I run the program it displays the old .png. I tried doing a clean with no effect. Is there a ďdeeperĒ clean I should be using or something with the same effect?

Iíve found the error, but am still confused. Before putting all my sprites in Texture Packer, I just had all my sprites in the resources folder. When I packed them, I removed my sprites from the resources folder, but i forgot to change:

CCSprite *background = [CCSprite spriteWithFile:@"backgroundBorders.png"];

to:

CCSprite *background = [CCSprite spriteWithSpriteFrameName:@"backgroundBorders.png"];

If the file was removed, how can it still be finding it?
