The css to always show a vertical scrollbar is:

body {
    overflow-y: scroll;
}

I don't work with mobile phones though, so I've no idea if there are any other requirements.

I've found this article called Making Your Website Mobile by: Mike Rohde.
I recommend you read, has some pretty good stuff in it.

Also, I'm pretty sure that is all you have to do andrewsw, although like yourself, I've never worked with mobile.

Do mobiles need a scrollbar? Don't we just flick the screen?

OHHHH! I think he means it didn't do anything when he did flick, it so he wants to know, how to make it 'scroll-"able"'

**EDIT**
It seems as though from reading the article, that it just naturally has the scroll functionality. So try doing what andrewsw, first suggested, does it work?

Yes, I would expect it to be scrollable automatically - any site we visit is.. So this would make me suspicious that the height is being curtailed (in the css).

I just went to the Website on my mobile device, and the height is fine, it is the width, that needs some work.

Check it out yourself.

**EDIT**
Try putting, this in the head.
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1">

This may not work on all devices, only guaranteed on Apple Products.

Thank you guys for your replys , it works cause i fixed it , it was because i set html,body { width: 100% , height 100% }, apparently mobiles dont really like that :D so if anyone got a problem with that , that would be the solution... thanks , now i just need to fix the gradients and border-radius thats not working either :S

Great! Make sure, if you want help with the Gradients and Border-Radius make a new topic, so you won't be merging topics! Also next time, post the code, this would have been way easier if you would have posted the code.
