How to use one url for all my pages

Basically My school website uses one url but with a question on the end like this

<code>?page=</code>

How exactly do I do this :/

That would be an indication of a 'content management system'.. like drupal, wordpress, or joomla.

One of the files was @index.php=page


does that change anything
