Nice. I would emphasize "gather and analyze requirements when they aren't directly given to you."

That is, the job is often trying to figure out what they really want, not just what they say they want. Most people don't think like programmers, so it's the programmers' job to pin down the specifics. Also, offering those specifics back in a layman digestible form.

You need to be able to go from nebulous request to something the user can touch and use. I had a programmer who was fine if I defined the problem very specifically for her, but she couldn't get to that point herself. Thinking about it, this is how professors often frame programming assignments. Frankly, if I have to describe a problem down to a certain level to detail, I might as well just write the bloody thing. We had to let her go.
