Script to enable ActiveX or JavaScript controls

Posted 19 September 2007 - 04:44 PM

Hi,
I need a Javascript that will automatically un-block ActiveX or Javascript when the browser opens an HTML file. I need this for a auto-run page for a CD I am publishing (this is not for the internet). I can't find anything on it while searching google.
Thank you. :)

You might be able to do it in group policy.

However I doubt you could run a script like that with out having admin rights on that box.

As far as a script that would auto run to change the active x controls I don't believe that would be possible especially under vista.

Ok, an auto run script is what I am looking for.
Thank you. :)
