We cannot just give you code. Its against the forum rules. If you are having a problem with your homework/project/assignment, please give details of the same and post relevant code.

I would start with writing down some requirements and coming up with a very basic process model.
Once you got started and run into some particular problems I'd be glad to help.

Ok first of all let me see if I understood you

Question: You want to create a program that can access a Database that was made from access and has a minimum of 200 employees which can then calculate salary of each employee.

If I'm correct there are a couple questions that come to mind:

Why use a database at all and not an array?

Is this for your homework or something? If so I can't just give you the work there are some things that you need to do like at least give me a theory in pseudo code and then I can help you.

If you did want to use a Database did you extract the .mdb database and put it into your project folder. What are the tables & there ID's that are used in the DB? Also are you sure that you want to use an Access DB?

This only applies if you are using DB's
I will point you in the right direction however you will need to do some reading, download this file: Database Info

Use this program to decompress the file: 7-Zip

@samjav Please take note to create your own posts next time and don't hijack other peoples post.
