Get rid of extract() and in the loop use $row['NameOfTheDVD'] etc. to display the values from the database in the table cells.

Your query is extracting all the data from the table and currently has nothing to do with the $_GET array, which is empty anyway.

I don't know how the output is managing to display 3,2,1 as the id values though, as the field-name is DVDID(?).
