Adding variables and text to the same label?

Posted 21 January 2014 - 07:07 AM

Hi all,
I'm trying to add some variables (In this case ISBNNum and CheckDigit are the variables and ChkLabel is the label)

Here's what I've got.
ChkLabel.Text = "The Check Digit For ISBN Number: " (ISBNNum) "Is: " (CheckDigit)

It won't allow me to enter the last piece of text or CheckDigit, saying an end of statement is expected...

I want it all to appear in one line, preferably.

Any way to do this?

Any help is much appreciated! :stupid:

Thanks!

Remember - if you want to combine strings you need to be on top of your concatenation!

Okay, I've done a bit of much needed research, I can now say it's fixed! Thanks!
