I'm a psychologist with no web development experience hoping to put an experiment online. Essentially a user would come to the website, see some pictures, and then answer some questions based on those images. However, I want the pictures shown to the next subject to vary based on the last subject's responses. What would be the best/easiest way to do this? What tools do I need to use?
We have simple online research tools (e.g. Qualtrics) but it can't use one subject's responses as input for another.
Any help would be appreciated!

Basic webdesign 101.. with some sort of database to hold the results, questions, image locations, etc.. some sort of go-between like PHP to pull the information from the database / insert records of choices.. and some sort of html/css to make the page look pretty.
