Again - you need to have installed some sort of php and setup a server... be it IIS or using something like WAMP. If you did not do that then the PHP will not be there/run.. which means that Zend will not be recognized.

Setup your environment FIRST then install the addons.

It doesn't work...But when I click on tools phpini- thre is written that php.ini file is in C:\windows. But when I am looking for that file - there isn't that file...

Again - let me try and be clear - unless you installed some sort of web development platform (like Wamp) that has PHP then you cannot install Zend. You need to install the platform first.

Firstly I want to become familiar with wamp then i will start learning Zend framework. Help me with wamp.
I've installed wamp. The problem is php.ini

Help you with what? Seriously - you are not communication squat this entire thread. Folks are not there, looking over your shoulder, so having people guess what you may or may not mean is a time sink.

Is your apache server running? Can you go to 'localhost' and see the Wamp information?!

Okay.. so in your WAMP install folder you should dig around and find the php.ini.

Depending on which version of Wamp you have you can possibly click (or right-click) the icon in the notification area to go directly to the php.ini file.
