How to get JavaFX working on Eclipse

Posted 14 April 2014 - 10:14 AM

I just finished downloading this version of Eclipse

eclipse-SDK-4.4M6-win32-x86_64-efx-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.zip
after trying a series of time to install JavaFX on eclipse Juno but failed. According to the instruction on the official website on how to install or download a pre-built version of Eclipse with JavaFX. Unzipping and running it the normal way of running Eclipse IDE and with the aim of creating a new JavaFX project.

I did thus:

File -> New -> Others -> _____

with the expectation of creating a JavaFX project from a template but could not find a template for it. I do not see any information addressing this on their offical website, please good experience shared will help me a lot.

Note me on how to fix this.

Is This A Good Question/Topic? 0
