Sorry friend. Its against forum rules to do a project for someone or to ask someone to do one for you. If your having a specific problem, please post it with relavant code.
A railway reservation system is fairly simple.

IF you really want to be a programmer, which I must assume you do, you need to put in the time and effort to become one. If you always have someone do your work for you, and you graduate and get your degree, what are you going to do when you hit the real world?

Hee at </dream.in.code> we will not do your homework for you, we are here to help people who are serious about this industry. Put in some effort, when you run into problems then ask for help.

Are you trying to make a web application or a Windows application, tell me this and I can at least try and let you know the things you need to research to get started :)
