Update a Mysql DB every 1 hour

Posted 24 June 2014 - 08:47 AM

Hello,
I'm creating a website that catalog some contents taken from another website.
Since there are a lot of contents to catalog, I can't just get them everytime an user refresh the page, so I've decided to store them in a database and display them to the users.
The problem is that I want that the database will be updated every hour with the newly added contents (fetched from the other site).. How can I do that ? is there any quick way to achieve this ?

Thanks for the help

Or if you're on Windows, a Scheduled Task.
