I found a collection of these funny customers stories here, mind you they maybe from late '90.

There's also the other end of customer service.

Comcast's customer service nightmare is painful to hear

.. you know the stories where you are the one getting shat on by some smug jerk-off and being told you were the idiot.

Not really IT related, but funny nonetheless.

My GF played me a recording of a customer service conversation for a store in the UK called Argos. They give out free catalogues at their stores, some of which are impressively thick and heavy. So, anyways, the call was from a guy threatening to sue Argos because someone had taken one of their catalogues and put out his window with it.

Thing can even end up in court, if you annoy customer enough.

Based on the image URL, a Fiero forum? Those are cool little cars.

Buddy I used to work with recently bought an '88 Fiero GT. Going to do an engine swap for a V6 3.6 liter. That little thing is going to be a rocketship.

Which car is the 3.6 out of? We (calvinthedestroyer) put a 3.4L from a mid 90's Camaro in mine (85, was just a 4cyl), also changed the automatic to a 5 speed Isuzo. The 3.4L is a popular beginners upgrade because only the starter position needs to be drilled on the block, everything else is straight bolt on.

But lately I've been thinking about dual intakes :)
