I found it by refreshing the page and holding down F5 - I was on my forum and one of the user's avatars wasn't displaying correctly, at first I thought it was a cache issue (and I had cleared my cache several times before it started), so I held F5 down for about 5 seconds, and got the error from this topic:
So I pressed F5 once more and the page returned to normal. But the mage still hadn't changed. So I held F5 down for about ten to fifteen seconds, and then I got this 508 unused error. I've never, ever seen this before in my life on any website I've ever visited and I have been able to repeat this - Is this something I should be concerned about?
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> <html><head> <title>508 unused</title> </head><body> <h1>unused</h1> <p>The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.</p> <p>Please contact the server administrator, firstname.lastname@example.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.</p> <p>More information about this error may be available in the server error log.</p> <p>Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p> </body></html>
As the message said, I checked in my error log and it was empty.
