database integration

i am newbie using CFM and i cant add, edit, delete and view the table store in the database. the data are not store to the database(mySql) Please help.. Thanks..

What IS the database stored in (if it's not stored in mysql)

Are you getting an error?

Or do you just not know how to retrieve data?

Do you have a datasource setup for the database?

Do you have any code to show us so far?

Are you using cfinsert tags or cfquery with SQL commands?

I have had better luck using cfquery with SQL statements. Cfinsert can be kind of touchy.
