Visual Studio offers a Bootstrapper that allows you to include prerequisites for your application, including the .Net Framework.

PS: Please change your font, size, that size font is unacceptable :)

Since this topic came up. What exactly is the .NET Framework SDK (Not asking the full form :P)? I've downloaded and installed it. But never used it. :)

The .Net Software Development Kit (SDK) is simply a set of tools, documentation and code samples for developers. It allows developers to build and deploy .Net Software applications

Visual Studio is the IDE that you use the access all those classes in the .NET framework SDK. VS just provides an easy to use GUI interface to perform .NET programming.
