You can do a lot of stuff with CSS, so yes you can do this. It takes a bit of work though.

Btw, is this table for a layout? Divs > tables for layout =P

There is actually a way to do this without tables I believe.

There is a way to do it with code only but its mozilla specific so it wont work with any browser but firefox. you can use images to do it though.

No I am pretty sure there is a way to code it so it works for almost all browsers.
