Favorite theme or skinning engine?

So do you guys have a favorite theme or skinning engine for your blog? I've been messing with a K2 mod for the new company website which is going to be powered by WordPress - http://getk2.com/

I know a lot of us use custom made or designs or modifications but perhaps a favorite platform or mod?

This can be for WordPress, Blogger, Movable Type, etc.

What's your favorite source for blog themes?

Who's your favorite theme designer?

I do all my designs and layouts in-house.

If I'm using WP (which I am currently), I usually use one of the Utombox designs...he's only got a few, but I like the way they look. Simple and clean. Easy to modify.
