Workshops: Allen Downey on Bayesian Statistics for Python Programmers

Posted 16 April 2015 - 08:31 AM

For those of you working in organizations that like to shell out money for skills developement, Allen Downey is looking at some workshops on Bayesian analysis in Python in Boston this summer. It's a bit spendy - I'm not going to cover it out of pocket! - but Allen's a good teacher and data analysis is a nice hot subject and likely to stay that way.

Survey here if you want to be notified of developments.

If you're curious about what he's likely to cover, you can read his book Think Bayes! and get a head start on the material.
(the book is free, the workshop is expensive... do what you think best...)
