Fall is dropping and time to kick in some seasonal change! Dip into some pumpkin spiced mix tapes and get a little sweat on before the chill!
With the weather change (well for those of use who have weather changes) it means altering routines, and is a great time to break out of some lax muscle memory ruts and try something new!
Summer was good for me.. then, through external unfortunate events, it wasn't. I am not quite where I was hoping to be, but assuming I can regroup I should be better. The pilates ball is infrequently being used but fun to work with. I was going through some paperwork on my coffee table, while sitting on it, and after twenty-thirty minutes I could definitely feel the tweaks of all the micro adjustments I was doing to keep center. A good buy.
Fall I am looking to get back on the horse, maybe nix a bad habit, and get ready to figure out something for indoors on (what is expected to be) a snow filled winter.
What about everyone else? Are you looking to change your routine? Tinker with some dietary changes? Push for a new goal the season? Utilizing the fit-tech in good ways?
