I'm not near a PC, but there are areas to fix.. The neck is a longer than necessary.. The mouth and chin don't really line up right.. The nose looks like an implied moustache. The arm and the neck make an odd line.. And there should be s pronounced shoulder.. The hair lines could be more straight and less symmetrical. The hair, closer to the viewer, should be longer...

It's a good start, but there are refinements to be made.

Yeah thanks for the input,

while I was waiting for you or Geo I was doodling on my own and came up with this.

my biggest problem was with the mouth I had come to the same conclusion about the chin and nose moustache

tried to do something to correct it.

The neck well I was going for the cartoon feel so I made it longer than usual.

do you really think its too long,.

Still I feel there is something up with the mouth and cant quite put my finger on it.

Adding lines to mouth to try and give more depth to the face.

Getting better.. the mouth looks like it was drawn to be looked at directly.. but the head is at an angle. Perhaps fool with the sizing to make it a little angle-ish looking.

Also that neck.. it looks like another arm.
The far side of the head looks a little misshapen
The eyes look off-even.. Maybe correct the closer one as a bit larger and more on a horizontal plane as the far eye.

Good catch with the eye !

don't understand what you mean about the mouth looks much better now perhaps you could explain.

The neck im not worried about and her hair is kinda bouffant at the back of the head sort of a layered thing so that to me looks ok.

updated the eye its beginning to take shape I think.

So things to note - the neck.. is no longer the width of the arm or as long. it also doesn't curve into the back, but indicates it forward flows into the breast bone.

The forehead was brought forward a bit to round out the skull.

The front part of the foreground hair was tweaked to bring it forward more.

The shadows off the image (around the hair were more or less removed so it doesn't give a cut out on paper feel.

Hair has volume.. you can tweak the coloring here andthere to help.

Shadows were fixed in front, and back, of the arm.

The collar was brought into a bit better alignment.

The rouged up cheeks were removed and looks less ruddy.

Maybe I am being picky for the sake of being analytical... but her boobs seem like a big bulge in her chest rather than boobs. Looks more like the shape of a beer belly than a female chest.

@modi

Well I took some things on board like the neck not being straight.

straightened it up also shortened the neck a little but the woman has a high forehead and a long neck and my hair looks more like her hair than yours does.

granted I have made her neck longer for comic effect but my version looks a lot more like her than yours does.

but thanks for the input.

as for her chest yes she has a large chest its just the way it is.
