Hi,

If I had to change one thing, it would be the shape of the forehead. I would also remove the lighting/shading on her mouth, which is inconsistent with the rest of the drawing and makes it pop up too much, as if it were floating above the rest of the face.

It is also a bit difficult to understand were her face is oriented. Some elements seem to be drawn from the front and some others from the side but I'm way to lazy to correct that. You should take a stance, draw some guides to figure where things should go and where they should point at before going into the details. I know it's less spontaneous but it will help you build your intuition.
