Flash Form

hey peeps

im learnig flash 5 and im an experienced html designer, and im wondering if there is a way to create a form with checkboxes that could send an e-mail when completed. thanks in advance. :D

Make dymanic text boxes, give them varible names, submit them to a php/cgi/asp script that mails those varibles.

I suggest looking to flash kit for a tutorial.

Like Neo said, go to Flashkit for a tutorial, also check these other sites too...

Also, you will want to use Input Text boxes, not Dynamic :)

flash mx, i believe has a feature that will take care of all that stuff for you....

Everything since alteast 4 has been able to do that, but MX doesn't have a automatic form generator or anything. You still need to do it by building the boxes and sending it to a script.

the boxes are automatically built for you already actually....i was playing with it the other day....
