What operating system?

You'll need to start by finding out where your operating system is currently placing the logs in question.

What exactly do you want to do?

Do you want to move your logs to a different location, or do you just want to copy the logs to a different location?

How often?

How many logs from each device?

IMO this really seems like a waste of bandwidth. Remember not all devices can provide logs, and not all devices even produce logs. I suggest you try to narrow down your scope to as few "devices" as possible.
