You should be able to look at the numbers - bandwidth, fill rate, etc and see the 220 is better, but that is a pretty aged card line... so.. yeah.

I always look first at the memory bus width when checking out old or low-end cards. A low value for that will usually have a devastating effect on a cards performance.

yeah, but 220 is DDR2, so it should be worst, than 210. Also have a smaller gpu clock....
I want one of that 2 gpus put in some PC, so I just wonder, which graphics should I use...

DDR2 doesn't automatically make it "worst".

So I should use that DDR2, instead of DDR3?

Per the specs I outlined.. _AND_ the link.. it shouldn't be too hard to determine which is better. Bigger bus, better bandwidth, better texture fillrate, better pixel fill rate.. comparable clock.. both seven-ish years old so.. not really doing much modern gaming at moderate or high specs..

260 000 000 vs 727 000 000 transistors
Right +1 point

16 vs 48 CUDA Cores
Right +1 point

2.4/2.9 vs 4.4/8.8 Fill Rate
Right +1 point

DDR3 vs DDR2
Left +1 point

64bit vs 128bit bus
Right +1 point

8 vs 13 GB/sec
Right +1 point

So, i would pick the right one, it got 3.5 times more transistors, 3 times more cores, 2 times faster rate and better bus. Left one looks like underclocked (more like GS version that can be overclocked very high, but still no spec to make it useful) and right one looks like clocked fine. DDR2 can give you around 2.5GB/sec speed with around 1.2ns, for 1GB card its like equal speed it needs, so you wont have problem because its DDR2, it will be even faster in some cases.
