What? Can you rephrase that so it makes sense?

If there were no drivers, your OS would never even start to load.

What drivers are you talking about, be specific? As Atli said, if all the drivers where missing, your OS would never have even loaded.

Again.. as folks have said it is not possible that "all drivers" are gone. Your machine wouldn't boot. I would take stock in what is missing, trying to have MS find the drivers, or going to the site and reinstalling them.

Read through the link below. It appears it was done on XP in the images but, i just followed the same steps in Windows 7 to find the same settings so, the steps are good on win 7 too. Not sure if some settings are set up different on Win8 or Win10 though.

Device Manager empty or blank in Windows?

Well, i never had this problem so all i can do is suggest things that are already suggested around the internet. Have you done a google search to find any info? Perhaps one of the links in the google search link below will have some info and you can read it yourself instead of me relaying all the suggestions.

Google Search - device manager is empty

Have you dismissed the possibility of a virus/ malware? Run something like AntiMalware Bytes. Malware is good at hiding things.

Drivers are not the same thing as drives.
