Here's a copy of the latest post for the sake of continuity:

Plugging away at the combat system that I will be implementing in my game. I'm leaning toward an FF style system where the characters build up action points that can be spent to perform actions. That will end up being the next step as I've got both sides loading and rendering now.

Found out what the problem was with the release build of the site I was testing this afternoon. It didn't build any of the binaries for the modules. ://>

Running backups, working on concept art for a new site design, drinking coffee, eating black bean brownies, kicking ass, taking names.

A flour-less, gluten-free, vegan, gooey, fudgey, chocolately lump of deliciousness.

For real. They sound disgusting, but they kick ass.

After that last phone call I am probably going to do some bath salts and eat a homeless guys face ala 2012. Does no one understand how email works?

As someone who has celiac and has no choice but to try things that you would never normally try, they are good.

Back at the office, though I still am not well.

Feels like a Monday for the issues I am hearing about. One of the tickets this Sprint was counts being off. It was kicked out of qa yesterday, and it's no longer an issue because..... The whole subsystem is not working correctly!

Well then.

My boss was suppose to install a needed application for another project so I could integrate it, nope, not done.

It could be Wednesday and I wouldn't be able to tell. Apparently, me taking off yesterday stopped everything else from going forward.

I learned the hard way today that the INSERT INTO statement can only except 1000 values as a comma separated list i.e.

INSERT INTO #temptable
VALUES
(1),
(2),
(3),
.
.
.

There's some GF stuff I like because it tends to have less calories. But, I'm fortunate enough that for me it's nothing more than an indicator that something -might- be a healthier alternative.

The announcement just went out about my resignation and I'm getting bombarded with well wishes and "what the hell dude"s haha apparently I'm popular.

People are speculating that my band is taking off, I'm encouraging them to come out and check us out before we're big stars

Tomorrow I'm going to finish off the cd booklet and back, burn a bunch of digital vinyl "limited edition" discs, and package em up for sale.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT

Coffee!!!!!!

Today is friday. Trying to locate a server from ssms that I worked on couple of days ago to be connected to the VS2015. I don't know how it will be at the workplace but here it is confusing it is confusing as heck. I can work with MDF files that can be created inside the VS2015, but it is better if I do it the way I am trying to do. For good practice.

I think..:(

Ready to call it a day. I have a ticket that I am still trying to get requirements for.

ME: "Where should the chart be and what kind of chart should display on the report?"

Response: "Just make it look good"

Really!?!?!?! Screw the chart, I think just the raw data looks better!

Manager's love eye candy though, even if it is totally meaningless and adds no value to the report.

Working on an import/export feature for content to make adding localized content to the system easier.

Finally got my offer letter after 2 weeks of waiting. Between the time I first interviewed and now it has been a month and a half but I start on Monday! Too bad I have to drive to Detroit for it, but at least I now have a reason for getting my Concealed Carry Licence! :gun_bandana:
