Weird Padding Under Main Menus

Posted 26 September 2016 - 11:40 AM

I have a website, www.athleticsportsstore.com , but underneath my main menu where "Indoor Sports" and "Winter Sports" etc are, there is a black strip of padding under it that changed on other peoples computer but has not changed on mine. I've asked the dev of my theme and he said to delete all cache and everything, I did all of that, restarted PC. But it still shows the same on my computer and i ave no clue why.

Im not quite sure how to do that :/ - here is the padding in talking about, it happened ever since I changed my logo it added on that extra padding unexplained. Im happy it looks fine on everyone elses computer but its confusing for me being one step behind sorta with seeing an old version of my website constantly.

I am not sure what that's all about, but you can resize the space under the menu by opening your side up in IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc. Grab a corner edge of your browser with the mouse and, while still holding down the mouse button, resize the page which shifts contents and is most likely the issue with you shifting space under the menu.
