So, now that its near the the end of the year, whats your new resolution?

Mine would probably be:
1) Be more kind (I know I can be a bit of a barstard sometimes but I really don't mean it)
2) MORE JAVA! I want to learn it but I haven't worked up the time to care about it yet.
3) Improve my maths heaps. I might get a maths game or something because I am falling behind so bad .

4. Avoid hearing anything about Spears, Lohan, Hilton, or any of the rest of the similar ilk that i feel should be beaten to death with a shovel.
5. Beat the above to death with a shovel.

Yeah...look like I'll have to pick between 4 and 5. 4 has more immediate rewards, but the long term benefits of 5 make a good business case.

1) Make up for past year of not drinking mountain dew (last year's resolution)
2) Maintain my math skills. I found out I completely forgot Trig somewhere along the way.
3) get my CCNA FINALLY and start on my CCNP and CCDA
4) Maintain my coding skills. I remember all the concepts, I just forgot syntax. I literally had to start over at Hello World! yeah.
5) Be more social.
6) Successfully rebuild my L28.
7) Complete at least one Final Fantasy game. ( I've never beaten the end boss on any of the ones that I've played.)
8) Switch all the way back to Linux (again)
9) Replace SOMETHING's firmware with something that isn't condoned by the manufacturer.
10) Kill something.

I actually found out that if you tell people what your resolution is that it never happens. So ever since I stopped telling I have managed to meet quite a few of my resolutions. For instance, no more soda pop was one year's resolution and I have not drank it since.

Secondly, never set up more than about three major ones. Save the rest of the list for other years so that you can focus on small life changes and more than likely accomplish them. I have done this and now my life now is much more healthy and cool than it use to be. (I use to be a real lame nerd, but now I am on DIC and am a nerd with a purpose!)

P.S. If you have packing peanuts, fill stuff with them that shouldn't be filled, such as a school locker
