best solution for having app for phone in help desk

We are using one mobile phone in our help desk environmment. Which software do you propose to use maybe for our PCs?
You can imagine that is a bit painful to speak and type with one hand, etc.

So, can you propose me some solution for that, software kind solution...

A mobile phone? For help desk? Ugh..

Get a headset adapter for hands free typing.

I am using handsfree when its possible, but are there any better solution? Maybe some software or I don't know what..
I was working in a place where we had a ip phone, and use cisco ip software with headset and everything was great..

Here we use mobile phone for that...And its bit complicated..

Well.. no.. there is no software solution to make your janky mobile phone/helpdesk setup more hands free. In theory you could do something about using a speaker phone, but I hope you already investigated that.

Bluetooth?

I take it your new company doesn't have enough resources for VoIP?
