Run Cygwin installer again and go to advanced install and install everything or try to find curl there.

Our web services are written in Java/Scala/Kotlin and whatever web framework the team chooses to use (e.g. Scalatra for some of our Scala services).

I can't remove this cygwin :(/> i've used command prompt and unsitall application(there's not cygwin in list)...

I don't think one is inherently better than the other, though there are some that you would obviously choose over the other.

For example in the case of Android Development one would obviously choose to work with Java. In the case of game development, C# would likely be chosen by most when compared to Java (think Unity).

Curl has a book on their website. Perhaps check that out.

Definitely look at this page you can make the calls right from the browser. Try to run then with curl. X is get, post, delete... H is for header. d is for body. Those are the main ones. Notice, there's a few different ways to pass parameters.

is learning C# profitable in knowing how these everything works web protocols etc I am asking because in my region I have no chance to be a java developer because I don't have where to get internee. I see that people like java more than C# and java is more associated with web.What do yuo think?
