So, if someone has tried the product and hated it, their experience is of no value to you?

There's a difference between simply berating it and then providing constructive criticism, friend. "I didn't like the way the posts blah blah blah" or "it wasn't as easy to navigate through blah blah blah as I'd expect". Stuff like that is great! Hate it, hate it all you want, but simply saying it was an awful experience and you'd never go back to it - even despite the number of iterations it must've gone through since then - is simply a closed-minded and asinine way of thinking, mate.

Super. Since this is in the 'site feedback' you made your case. If you want to continue some sort of discourse on.. well.. this Discourse software to champion the benefits then feel free to open a topic in the lounge or software dev subforums.
