I wrote this code about three or four years ago but I removed and republished it.

I'm not using it for anything. I just thought it would be cool to implement a library for IPC. It was intended for other people to use. Unfortunately, it would probably be slow in use because each process gets one block of memory which is read from and written to in order to accomplish the message transfer, and the read/write operations only occur on the tick of a timer. If I changed the code so that it used a loop instead of a timer, it might be costly on the CPU.

Maybe you can look at the source code and provide me some suggestions?
