Sure there's stress. Different in many ways, but it's there.

Changing deadlines, changing requirements, incompetent coworkers, office politics/drama, etc. There's tons. I would say teacher is more stressful simply because I hate kids, and if they're middle school or high school, they have to deal with the whole puberty thing. Fights, sexy times, bullying, etc. Ah, puberty.

Regular office crap is a baseline: any job will have that. Clients, particularly unreasonable ones, are also the bane of most industries. Any programming stress beyond that would be mostly self induced.
Teachers not only deal with their darling students but those student's charming parents. Kids alone are a deal breaker, but parents are a whole other level of hell. Teachers have a job; educate all the kids. Parents have a job; seeing that their special kid's unique amazingness is always acknowledged. Parents are the impossible to satisfy client.
