Should I have a contributor badge?

Posted 16 December 2017 - 11:08 PM

I submitted a tutorial a while ago, so am wondering if I should have the contributor badge. Maybe it's not a thing any more?

When changing a member's primary badge, there is a drop down menu which only allows us to select one option. Now there is a multi-select for secondary badges. It's possible to add the contributor as a secondary badge. I don't recall any issues with permissions conflicts...

With that said, when promoting to Expert and Mentor, what has usually been done in the past is to update the primary member group (e.g., Contributor to Mentor, Author to Expert, etc.). The lack of Contributor badge in no way indicates a lack of appreciation for your contributions.
