Where would you publishing your code ? On github, bitbuckets or...?

Sure - github and bitbucket are both good, assuming you mean you just want to make it available to others to use in any way they like, consistent with the terms of your license and your ability to enforce that license.

Both will give you as many free repositories as you like. Bitbucket will give you a limited number of private repositories for free, github will charge you for private repos. So if you want to restrict access, bitbucket is probably the more economical choice.

If you (or your company) is paying for MSDN, Visual Studio also hosts repositories. My understanding is that the backend is TFS, but it is exposed as either git or TFS.

I like bitbucket because it supports git and Mercurial.

You are doing something wrong with Bitbucket if you are creating a repo per class.
