HEy guys ill get right to my question if your using IE and in the Adress bar you have your link and befor the http:// you have that webpage logo with the "e" in it anyone know what im talking about? but anyways i was woundering i see that some pages have there own custom one instead of that anyone know how to do this if so help me out here thanks guys

It's no big deal, mano.. what you're looking for is called the favicon. Basically, it's an icon file (*.ico) and you include it in the source.

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://www.******.com/favicon.ico">

Generally what you're looking for is a 256 color 32x32 image.
