Well you can search this fourm for starters! We had this topic here(for that matter every forum i have been to in my life has alot of "where can i lean" style topics).

Anyway i gave this link before, but you can try http//www.3dbuzz.com, this site is being run by a great guy jason buzz, and he has tones of stuff there, including some videos that teach you how to start with php.

Another place you can find information is the php manual http://www.php.net
