how to use .ocx file in html?

I am a beginner for web design,i made a small testing thing by vb for html.
anyway after what i have done i got a .ocx file.
but i have no idea how it works on the html thing.

I want to put them into my webpage(like the pic below)

so I tried to use the dreamweaverCS3

insert a activex player and try to locate the .ocx file that i just made, but it said it cant find the roots something something...

so i am wondering is the ocx file work on the html?

what should i do then?

because it contant vb and web thing..so i am not too sure is here are the right place for this thread.

If you're planning on making a website viewable to most people, then I would strongly advise against using OCX.

Mainly because it is only supported by Internet Explorer, and is therefore confined to people that use Windows, and to those that use IE on Windows.

And according to the World Wide Web Consortium, you'd be missing out on about 47% of Internet users.

will this working on most browser?
