I think anyone with a background in this would know this right off the top of their head. So I am hoping I am just missing the obvious; my Google searches have not been very productive.

Is there support for TAPI in the .NET framwork? I'm having trouble getting started. If so what is the reference? I just need help to know where to start looking.

My goal is to be able to dial a phone from a laptop using the integrated 56k modem. TAPI seemed like the answer and I wanted to use C++.NET to do it.
