Dude a GF4 MX series card is an over priced GF3... In all honesty they suck my left one and give my right one a nice massage. But yeah... nice deal. And MSI isnt gonna get you very far if you plan on OCing. Bleh IMO MSI sucks a load *I have an MSI mobo* bleh oh well, like I said... for that price you arent gonna get top of the line shizaz. You might have a little trouble multitasking on XP with only 256MB of RAM.

*ahem* I run average 10-15 programs (including Visual Studio, Paint Shop Pro 7, Front Page [please don't give me crap ;) I'm too lazy to write ALLL the code. hehe...], Outlook, several instances of IEs and notepads.) on a freakin' 128MB of RAM... He won't have a problem.

Looks like a sweet deal, I might pick me up one.

You may want to check into them with the Council of Better Business Bureaus http://www.bbb.org/ I usually see how a company rates before buying from them online, If I have never worked with em before.
